Terms & Conditions
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax if applicable). Other shipping is a flat rate of $10.75. We only ship to the U.S.
We will normally ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. We use USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 3 to 4 business days.
Tax is only applied to those ordering from the state of Florida.
Discounts are occassionally offered (such as a 10% discount on all products), however no discounts are currently available. When available, the discount will be applied at checkout.
We use PayPal as our secure method of payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. All you need is a credit/debit card and it will process through PayPal's secure servers. Your order will be received immediately after purchase.
If you have ordered a product and it is on backorder, we will notify you promptly. You will be given the option to keep the order or be issued a refund. Sometimes this is out of our control due to manufacturers shortages, however we make an effort to prevent this from happening.
All sales are final. Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods. Any returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Items reported for return must meet the following guidelines:
- It has been unused
- It is defective
- Do not take it upon yourself to send the item back to us. You must first notify us via email (make sure to include your order #, name, address, product, and reason for return.)
If you fail to meet these requirements, you are not entitled to a return reimbursement. Shipping will not be refunded / you will be responsible for expenses in shipping the product back to us.
